Blackwood operates on a transparent fee-for-service basis. Before any work begins, we will provide you with a detailed proposal tailored to your unique situation.
Curated for your family.
A large enterprising family with four siblings at Generation 2, and ten adult grandchildren at Generation 3, all of whom live in different cities, would be an engagement that requires more interviews, family meetings, advisor meetings, and travel time compared to an engagement with one affluent couple with one descendant who lives locally.
Fee Structure
Our proposals are developed with precision, outlining each stage of the process. You will start the engagement with a clear understanding of the financial investment required, as well as the number of meetings the family will be expected to attend, and the time needed to complete each step.
Fees are structured using a very simple time-based formula, factoring in three variables:
- The size of the family
- Where the family members live
- The complexity of the enterprising family’s situation
